I am an advocate of the High Court of Kenya based in Nairobi - Kenya, with 10+ years of experience practicing in the name of Bwogo Manoti and Company Advocates. I am especially experienced in tax compliance advisory and litigation within the Kenyan context and litigation in complex commercial disputes, having worked at Kenya Revenue Authority as a ligation counsel for close to five years. In these two broad areas of practice I have successfully represented clients in mediation and assisted my clients resolve their disputes amicably thus helping preserve and keep healthy business relationships amongst my clients. Where mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms have failed, I have diligently navigated through litigation with zeal, diligence and dedication to my clients satisfaction.
